My wife found the listing for the newly built side by side duplex, and we made arrangements to visit the site. Before even entering the home, we were very pleased with the exterior finishing of the duplex.

We toured the home, it was not completely finished inside. Scott explained what finishes that they were planning to complete. My wife asked if some minor changes could be made in kitchen cabinetry and tiling. He was eager to make whatever changes my wife had in mind. Scott and his people could not have been more accommodating.

After moving into the home, we found some minor issues with some of the sub-contracting work, we contacted Scott and the issues were taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.

We are completely satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the home. We would certainly recommend Scott to anyone considering purchasing a home.
