Blueprint is passionate about expanding the housing options available to the residents of the Cowichan Valley beyond the single family home. Multi family developments are in high demand due to their flexibility, affordability and convenience.

Currently, we’re building a duplex on Heather Street in Duncan, BC that will be available in Spring of 2021.

We purchased a new townhome from Klippenstein Development Corp., now Blueprint Custom Homes, in April 2018. This home was a 1700 sq. ft. two story model under construction at the time.

We worked with Scott and Amanda to make design changes and incorporate a number of features that were important to us. We found them to be very helpful and open to our requests. We have built several previous homes and our contract in this case was fairly detailed. In the end we are very satisfied with the quality and appearance of our home. My wife found the listing for the newly built side by side duplex, and we made arrangements to visit the site. Before even entering the home, we were very pleased with the exterior finishing of the duplex.

We toured the home, it was not completely finished inside. Scott explained what finishes that they were planning to complete. My wife asked if some minor changes could be made in kitchen cabinetry and tiling. He was eager to make whatever changes my wife had in mind. Scott and his people could not have been more accommodating.

After moving into the home, we found some minor issues with some of the sub-contracting work, we contacted Scott and the issues were taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. We are completely satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the home. We would certainly recommend Scott to anyone considering purchasing a home.
