We purchased a new townhome from Klippenstein Development Corp., now Blueprint Custom Homes, in April 2018. This home was a 1700 sq. ft. two story model under construction at the time.

We worked with Scott and Amanda to make design changes and incorporate a number of features that were important to us. We found them to be very helpful and open to our requests. We have built several previous homes and our contract in this case was fairly detailed. In the end we are very satisfied with the quality and appearance of our home. We are happy to recommend Blueprint Custom Homes.
