We selected Blueprint Custom Homes to build our cabin on Shawnigan Lake. The home was built on time, and most importantly on budget. When there were financial decisions that had to be made throughout the build, Scott contacted us to communicate our options.

As far as the completed product, we get a lot of compliments on the build and look of the cabin, we actually had people knock on our doors to ask for the blueprint so they could build something similar on Quadra Island!

We purchased a new townhome from Klippenstein Development Corp., now Blueprint Custom Homes, in April 2018. This home was a 1700 sq. ft. two story model under construction at the time.

We worked with Scott and Amanda to make design changes and incorporate a number of features that were important to us. We found them to be very helpful and open to our requests. We have built several previous homes and our contract in this case was fairly detailed. In the end we are very satisfied with the quality and appearance of our home. We are happy to recommend Blueprint Custom Homes.

My wife found the listing for the newly built side by side duplex, and we made arrangements to visit the site. Before even entering the home, we were very pleased with the exterior finishing of the duplex.

We toured the home, it was not completely finished inside. Scott explained what finishes that they were planning to complete. My wife asked if some minor changes could be made in kitchen cabinetry and tiling. He was eager to make whatever changes my wife had in mind. Scott and his people could not have been more accommodating.

After moving into the home, we found some minor issues with some of the sub-contracting work, we contacted Scott and the issues were taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. We are completely satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the home. We would certainly recommend Scott to anyone considering purchasing a home.

Richard

We bought our home from Scott 3 years ago and have been very happy with the workmanship of our home. We had a home inspection done before moving in and were told by the inspector that the home was built above normal standards. For those who may be considering a home purchase from Scott, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
